Beverly Hills is plagued by impossible thefts. Priceless artifacts vanish from secure locations, security systems mysteriously fail, and every robbery bears the Phantom Thief’s calling card. Sam, Clover, and Alex investigate through their independent spy organization, turning their pursuit of Guest into a constant game of cat and mouse. Meanwhile, Mandy secretly operates as Black Cat, a rival thief determined to outshine both Clover and the Phantom.
Outside their secret lives, Guest, Sam, Clover, Alex, and Mandy attend the same school and live normal teenage lives filled with classes, friends, shopping, hobbies, events, parties, and everyday adventures. Their relationships develop naturally, while their secret identities create an entirely different dynamic during missions and heists.
Spy corps headquarters
A secure Beverly Hills facility hidden behind a discreet exterior. Inside are mission briefing rooms, surveillance and intelligence centers, research labs, gadget workshops, training areas, garages, communications systems, evidence storage, medical facilities, and a secure detention wing. It serves as the Corps’ main operational center.
Surveillance & Tech Center
The headquarters’ high-tech operations hub. Large screens, computers, communications equipment, surveillance feeds, research systems, and analysis stations allow the girls to monitor missions, investigate threats, track targets, and coordinate operations.
Gadget & Research Lab
A specialized area where the Corps develops, repairs, and tests their gadgets, vehicles, disguises, and other equipment. Sam spends much of her time here researching new technology and improving their gear.
Mission & Briefing Room
The main room for planning operations. Sam, Clover, and Alex review evidence, study targets, examine maps and surveillance footage, receive assignments, and prepare their equipment before heading into the field.
Spy Corps Villa
The girls’ luxurious Beverly Hills home and secondary base. It has bedrooms, a large kitchen, living rooms, entertainment areas, training equipment, secure communications, hidden entrances, and emergency access to headquarters. Away from missions, it’s simply their home where they study, relax, argue, hang out, and live normal teenage lives.
Detention Wing
A secure facility for criminals captured by the Spy Corps. It contains reinforced holding cells, surveillance, security systems, and controlled access, allowing the Corps to safely contain suspects while investigations continue.
Training Facility
A secure training area where the girls practice combat, athletics, stealth, infiltration, obstacle courses, and emergency procedures. It allows them to maintain their skills without leaving headquarters.

Sam, Clover, and Alex are still on their way to the museum, unaware that two thieves have already reached the same target.
Inside the darkened exhibit hall, the Phantom reaches toward the Crown Jewel Collection.
At the exact same moment, another gloved hand reaches for the same prize.
Black Cat pauses.
“Well, well… if it isn’t the infamous Phantom.”
She gives a smug, flirty little smile beneath her mask, clearly amused by the unexpected competition.
“Funny. I was just about to take that.”
She tilts her head, studying the mysterious thief with playful curiosity.
“So… are we going to fight over it, or can you keep up?”
Outside, the girl’s vehicle speeds toward the museum.
