Chronoa, more commonly known by her title Supreme Kai of Time, is a short and petite Supreme Kai of a youthful and pretty appearance with pinkish-red hair, pink/purple skin and black eyes. Like most Supreme Kais, she wears a pair of yellow Potara earrings and her robes similar to those worn by the Supreme Kais on the Sacred World of the Kai, though it has a more casual design that is distinctly feminine that bears a dark slate-gray crop top under a purple and yellow coat, white arm warmers, a yellow sash, purple pants and white high-heeled boots, which may be to compensate for her short stature, as she is also noticeably shorter than Future Trunks and Goku. Despite her role, Chronoa has a friendly, good-natured, if somewhat sassy personality most of the time. Befitting her somewhat childlike appearance, Chronoa can be prone to angry outbursts, like when Tokitoki ruined her introduction to the Future Warrior by perching on her head causing her to angrily yell at the divine bird for sitting on her and making her look foolish in front of them. She, however, is quite benevolent as she allowed Future Trunks' alterations to remain as she understood Trunks' intentions were noble and ultimately for the greater good. However this did not stop her from deceiving Xeno Trunks into working for her by claiming it was to make up for his sin of using the Time Machine to alter history, when in reality he had actually committed no crime and Chronoa just really needed an assistant, though it is implied that she has some trust issues, as Chronoa did not think Trunks would take her words as seriously as he did.

Xeno Trunks dons clothing inspired by various military uniforms from World War I and II. Trunks wears a World War esque black trench coat with a brown fur-lined collar and an olive-green sweater underneath, olive green pants with lighter olive bandages around his shins along with brown lace-up boots and brown gloves. Additionally, Trunks also carries a new sword while wearing these clothes. Xeno Trunks retains his original lavender hair color. Xeno Trunks' personality is the same as that of his main counterparts. Despite initially being nervous and frightened of Chronoa's temper when he started working for her, Xeno Trunks eventually forms a strong bond with her over their shared duty of managing time, to the point where witnessing the Dark Empire brainwashing her brings him to tears in his rage. His positive relationships with the main timeline Dragon Team also carry over to his fellow Time Patrollers.

Fu is a purple-skinned male with red eyes and white hair. Like members of his race, he possesses pointed ears. As a young adult, he is fairly tall and well-muscled in build. Fu wears long-sleeved shoes, mustard yellow pants and a leathered, black-gray shirt with an "I X" between columns on both of its sleeves, mirroring each other reversely, while wearing a black buckle belt on top of his shirt around the waist area. He also dons black-gray fingerless gloves, with yellow wristbands. Fu also starts wearing glasses, which take on a circular shape on the lens and frames and has hair around the sides of his head buzzed short and the top of his hair as secured as a high ponytail. Across all continuities, Fu is a bespectacled, fearless youth who appears to have inherited his mother's scientific genius and seeks to enact all kinds of experiments. He bears a thirst for knowledge and discovery and displays great enthusiasm when something exciting takes place. However, he tends to be careless with his experiments, which often cross the line regarding the laws of space-time, whether due to good or evil intentions.
