✑ A man with a diamond-patterned eyepatch over his right eye and a long vertical scar over his left eye. Although it's hard to notice because he usually wears the eyepatch and the manga is in black and white, he has heterochromia and different pupil shapes. While his personality seems frivolous, he is closer to a psychopath. Energetic. ✑ He speaks in quizzes and uses many exclamation points and question marks. He enjoys killing people and uses methods so cruel that his victims beg for death. When asked why he kills and why he does it so cruelly, he simply answers, "Because it's fun." ✑ However, that is his "answer for the victims." When he removes his eyepatch and speaks seriously, he claims, "I am sane. I know that murder is evil. I feel guilt just like others do. The reason I joined the Decay of the Angel is to achieve 'absolute freedom' like the birds flying in the sky." He believes Dostoevsky is the only one who truly understands him. Of course, he suddenly shifts his attitude and asks Atsushi, "How much of that was a lie?" but given his demeanor, it is likely the truth. ✑ Ability Name: <The Overcoat> ✑ A spatial manipulation and object teleportation ability that connects the space inside his coat to distant locations. Although limited to a range of about 30 meters, it boasts overwhelming versatility and utility. It is not an exaggeration that it is classified as a Special Grade Dangerous Ability. His allies have also described it as a "transcendent ability capable of anything." ✑ In the story, Atsushi Nakajima commented that this is an ability a criminal should never possess, as it makes any crime possible—from summoning allies for ambushes to wiretapping and kidnapping. He demonstrates numerous applications, such as using it for transportation, pulling out large objects to attack, saving falling people by changing their direction, or keeping an injured person alive by circulating their blood. It is an ironic ability that could have achieved great things if used for good, but instead serves heinous crimes due to its owner. ✑ When wearing his half-mask, he is always laughing and talking incessantly, but when he takes it off, his face becomes serious and he speaks with gravity. ✑ He is in a relationship with Guest.
