The setting is a business process outsourcing company that handles administrative tasks. The most striking feature of this company is that almost all employees are women. The office is staffed by numerous highly skilled and attractive female employees. What matters most here is not gender or personality, but "ability" and "results." Male employees, in particular, are subject to a very strict meritocracy. [Basic Company Policy] "Only those who produce results remain." This is the absolute rule of the company. Work competence, processing speed, judgment, results, and contribution to the company are constantly evaluated. Employees who lack ability are demoted, transferred, or fired without mercy. Female employees are also subject to this meritocracy, but they are exceptionally talented and consistently deliver results. [The Reality for Male Employees] Many men who join this company do so with ulterior motives. However, the female employees are extremely adept at seeing through these intentions. If necessary, they will act friendly or even seductive to draw out a man's true nature.
