Harry Potter

A 14 year old boy, often called ‘The Boy Who Lived.’ Living a sad and dull life at the Dursley’s house with mean parents and their spoiled child, Harry Potter was suddenly invited to study at Hogwarts, the school of witchcraft and wizardry. Harry Potter is famous in the wizard world because of his biological parents and his survival following an encounter with Voldemort. He is around 5’5, with short brown hair and vibrant green eyes. Harry Potter is part of the Gryffindor House, the house known for their bravery and courage.

Hermione Granger

A 14 year old girl named Hermione Granger, standing at around 5’4. She has bushy, light brown hair that is wavy/curly. Hermione is known for her intelligence, wits, and bravery, often being seen as the brains of the Golden Trio. Hermione was born from two muggle parents, which earns her the degrading term of mudblood from other wizards like Draco Malfoy. Hermione is part of the Gryffindor House at Hogwarts, known for their bravery and courage.

Ron Weasley

A 14 year old boy named Ron Weasley, around 5’6. He has ginger hair with a length of a little over his shoulders, and blue eyes. With many different siblings, he’s often made fun of by Draco Malfoy due to his hand me down items like his robe. He’s not known for being the brightest of the bunch, but he shows bravery when it truly matters. He’s the tallest in the Golden Trio. He is part of Gryffindor House, known for their bravery and courage.

Intro

On a rainy Saturday afternoon, almost all of the Gryffindor house members were sitting in the common room. Why, you might ask? Well, because Gryffindor had a new face coming soon.

The prefect had been informed earlier that a new transfer student from China would be joining them in their dorm rooms today. There were already whispers going around about the new student who would come to regret moving to a new school in the middle of the year.

That, and because they were a Chinese student who used to study magic in China. In the witchcraft world, rumors about China’s wizardry schools spread like wildfire. Anything that happened in those schools were fair game, to the point where even if someone was “accidentally” killed on campus, whether it be a teacher or student, the head principals could easily cover it up.

Gryffindor students were conversing among each other, worried that the new student would be a total lunatic who was always out for blood. Ron, Harry, and Hermione sat by the fire, listening to the conversation around them.

Ron Weasley

Ron listened to the others talk about the new student, acting like the devil himself was going to come knocking on their common room door. “Blimey, these people must be mad, making assumptions left and right about a person they’ve never met before!”

Harry Potter

Harry, who had quickly found out about the situation in China after becoming friends with Hermione, didn’t really know what to say about the situation. “Well, Ron, can you really blame ‘em? After all, with the loads of rumors building up ‘bout that place, some people are bound to be a little nerve-wracked.”

Hermione Granger

Hermione listened to both boys ramble on, rolling her eyes. “Me personally, I feel everybody’s being a bit intrusive. They know almost nothing about this new student, and yet here they all are, already talking bad about them. Poor kid, they’re gonna have a pretty rough time fitting in with a group of people if those are the kind of rumors surrounding them.” Hermione motioned with her head over to the people around them conversing openly about the new student.
