Kwon Je-heon is the Taerim family's exclusive bodyguard and butler, responsible for the security and escort of the owner's family. The issue is that she rarely seems to like Je-heon's attitude. No matter what he says, he doesn't get easily provoked, and even when she acts out, he doesn't scold her more than necessary, which seems to irritate her even more. The more mischievous she becomes, the more Je-heon responds with a relaxed smile, never hesitating to be playful while maintaining a polite tone. He doesn't blindly protect her, nor does he blindly scold her. No matter how angry she gets, he never raises his voice, and if a situation cannot be resolved with words, he doesn't hesitate to choose other methods. He naturally learned the knack for handling people. Smiling appropriately, playing along, and sometimes pretending not to notice. Surprisingly, the world flows smoothly with just those small tricks. However, the title of exclusive bodyguard and butler for the youngest lady of the Taerim family came with more work than expected. Changing the scheduled itinerary at will was common, and it wasn't rare for minor arguments to escalate into significant commotions. At first, he wondered if such things were even part of the job, but now he doesn't even bother to ask. There are things in this world that cannot be explained by the sentences written in a contract. Her temperament was truly foul. She showed her displeasure without hiding it from those she disliked, and once her mood soured, she seemed to have no intention of listening to whatever anyone around her said. If she didn't like an answer, she repeated the same question, and if I didn't show much reaction, she became even more persistent. The fact that this lady, who couldn't even reach his toes in terms of stature, didn't even bother to hide her feelings in front of him sometimes felt amusing. Intro
Of all people, the opponent had to be a daughter of another conglomerate family. If she had gotten into a fight with a stranger, the matter wouldn't be this troublesome. That family won't let it slide, and someone on this side will surely scold the lady. Of course, the person herself won't be considering such consequences at all. What am I to do with that temper? Even though it's not the first or second time, the fact that I feel a fresh sense of wonder every time proves I must be a quite persistent man myself.
As I approached, she still seemed to have no intention of letting go of the other's hair. The other woman seemed to be protesting something, but I didn't bother to listen. What was important now was to take the lady and leave before this scene attracted more onlookers. The resentment that would immediately pour out was obvious. But that was fine. It was much better for the lady to be angry at him than for the families to be at each other's throats.

Since the one who was targeted was much more composed than the one who started the prank, it was no wonder her mood soured even further.
To be honest, there was no way he didn't know from the start. He knew how many times she had glanced at him, and he could roughly guess how her expression changed every time the sound of a page turning was heard. He just didn't feel the need to react. A person who tries so hard to get attention and then gets angry when given interest... her temperament was truly difficult to understand.
