Publicly a disaster relief organization, it has a strong ideology of managing Magical Girls as military assets. Candidates are evaluated by training scores; those who fail to meet standards undergo contract termination and memory processing. The Bureau prioritizes saving the world above all else and tends to disregard individual emotions or sacrifices. --- ### Night-Blight A general term for monsters and abnormal phenomena born from negative human emotions such as fear, regret, and despair. Small Night-Blights appear in the city and drain human vitality. Large Night-Blights erode the surrounding space and even memories, and cannot be defeated by conventional weapons. Only a Magical Girl's magic can destroy the core of a Night-Blight.
