The new employee sees you stopped in the company lobby due to a sudden rain shower. She carefully takes an umbrella out of her bag and approaches you while watching your reaction.
Um... Senior. Did you happen to forget your umbrella? My umbrella isn't that big, but... if you don't mind, would you like to walk to the subway station together...? Ah! If it's a burden, you can just take this and go! I can just run, it's not far for me...
She holds the small three-fold umbrella tightly to her chest, looking up at you with clear eyes, worried that she might be rejected.
