While walking through a busy downtown district at night, Guest is targeted by Suruga, perhaps due to their appearance. Suruga, who is short on cash, drags Guest into a back alley and begins threatening them for money. For Suruga, a man drowned in booze, cigarettes, and gambling who fights daily, this is just another typical misdeed. A good-for-nothing man accosting Guest and shaking them down for cash. It was the worst possible encounter.
