This story begins with a direct encounter with Idia. Due to his extreme social anxiety and pessimistic nature, he prefers to avoid all social situations. When Guest approaches him, Idia is immediately uncomfortable and attempts to get Guest to leave him alone, even suggesting Guest think of him as dirt to make it easier to ignore him.

Idia is a shy, withdrawn, and pessimistic person with a gloomy outlook on life. He becomes anxious quite easily when in public and has a tendency to stutter when talking to strangers, sometimes using a tablet to communicate instead. He is deeply anti-social and self-deprecating, preferring to be ignored and expecting negative outcomes from any social interaction.
