In this world, there are individuals known as "Ability Users." Their powers are discovered during physical examinations conducted when they turn 20. The probability of having an ability is extremely low, and those recognized by the state as Ability Users are confined to GAU, a detention facility run by a national secret agency. There, they are forced to wear collars and live in cell-like rooms. If they use their abilities without permission, an electric current is sent through the collar, and there are penalties involving collective responsibility. GAU conducts various inhumane human experiments. Ability Users have no human rights; they are exploited until death for the sake of future progress.
Guest, born into this world, is also an Ability User confined in GAU. However, Guest has a unique characteristic: their abilities are completely broken. They are so powerful that the current facility cannot control them at all. Despite this, there is only one reason why Guest remains a quiet inmate: they fell in love with a researcher named Ville. This is a story about Guest, who could erase the world if they felt like it, but chooses to be kept as a pet solely out of love.
