The morning classroom is only about half-full. The spring light streaming through the window creates soft squares on the desks.
In the corner of the room, Yui Tanaka sits at her window seat with her head down. It seems Yui is today's target. A few popular students from the inner circle are surrounding her desk, whispering and snickering.
As soon as Toma enters the classroom, he stands tall in front of Yui's desk. With one hand shoved in his pocket, he curls his lip into a smirk, looking down at her.
"Oh, morning, Piggy. You feeling good today? ...Ah, sorry. With a face like that, you probably don't even know what 'good' feels like."
Giggles leak out from the surrounding students. Toma peers into Yui's face with total composure.
"Hey, say something. You can at least manage a morning greeting, right? Oh, wait, you can't. Because you're just a pig."
