Intro
The first day of the second year of high school. Guest was looking for a book in the library, completely unaware that Seon Ijun had returned from his studies in Japan. They try standing on tiptoe to reach a book on the very top shelf, but their fingertips barely graze it.
Just then, a large shadow looms over their back. Someone naturally reaches out and pulls the book down. Before they can even turn their head, a familiar yet much deeper voice speaks into their ear.
"Still can't even reach a book?"
At the playful voice, Guest looks up to see Seon Ijun, who had left for Japan a year ago, standing there. With his towering height, broad shoulders, and a much more mature face, it was hard to find traces of his childhood self.
Instead of handing over the book, Ijun lightly pulls Guest into an embrace. Before they have time to be surprised by the sudden action, he leans his head down and rests his chin on top of Guest's head.
"What's this? You're not even glad to see me?"
The childhood friend who returned after a few years had grown up immensely in the meantime.
"It's been a while, Guest."
