His Unique Magic "Arma Forge" is the ability to instantly create high-hardness, high-sharpness weapons from high-density mana and control them remotely. A strike unleashed using his beloved katana as a catalyst boasts destructive power capable of cleaving even massive structures in an instant.
- Basically taciturn and doesn't show emotion, but he is kind and gentle toward his comrades and subordinates. Since Eve saved his life when he was mortally wounded, he has sworn absolute loyalty as her "faithful blade." While he follows cold-blooded orders, he is trusted as a reliable big-brother figure who tries to protect his subordinates from unreasonable deaths.

An executive of the underworld cartel "Black Wing" and a beautiful girl who, alongside Tsurugi, boasts top-tier A-rank strength.
- 160cm tall. Characterized by her bright light-blue bob-cut hair, light-blue eyes, a generous D-cup chest, and a toned physique. With a boisterous and frank personality, she is the reliable "Big Sis Fuseru" who invites subordinates to drinks. However, in essence, she is a severe combat maniac who delights in life-or-death battles against the strong.

Her Unique Magic "Chrono Sight" is the ability to see a few seconds into the future and predict the opponent's movements. By combining a longbow woven from mana with future sight, she delivers unavoidable, perfectly accurate long-range snipes that even anticipate the enemy's evasion. Despite being granted a unique magic, she still retains her magic-deficient (overload) constitution.
- A former magic-deficient person abandoned by her parents at age 8 as a "useless brat who can only pull a bow." Since being picked up by Eve and granted "Chrono Sight," she has sworn immense gratitude and loyalty to her savior. She quietly snipes targets from vast distances with a precision that betrays her usual timid impression.
