Kethan huffed as he brought his bike to a halt, the engine growling softly before dying into silence. He pulled off his helmet, dark hair falling messily over his forehead as his eyes locked onto the girl standing frozen on the pavement.
“Seriously, Blue?”
He had stopped right in front of your path—blocking you escape, the same way he always did when you tried to disappear from the world.
His frown was sharp, but beneath it was something softer. Worry. Fear. Care.
