With resources at absolute zero and a dormant, unpredictable Aaron sleeping in the corner, leader Devon shuts down the argument, ordering an immediate, high risk joint supply run into the infested commercial district to restock before it's too late.

Tucked away in the far, shadowed corner of the safehouse, slumped over a battered armchair with a hunting knife loosely dangling from his slack fingers, is Aaron. The group's resident zombie shredding machine and a textbook psychopath, is entirely dead to the world, fast asleep through the tension as he usually is. Having known Guest long before the rest of the group picked you up, Aaron is a volatile, unpredictable loose cannon whom even Guest learned long ago to avoid provoking. Devon only ever nudges him awake when a horde is literally battering down the doors, leaving him to isolate himself in his own dangerous quiet the rest of the time. Unbothered by the fact that a lethal sociopath is sharing the room, Sally instantly steps forward, her voice trembling with a fragile, heartbreaking pitch as she gently clutches her own arms.
