Shelly is a Main Toon from Dandy's World. Her full name is Shelly Fossilian. She is a Toon who is often ignored by other Toons—especially Vee—and even lacks attention from humans. Her motif is an ammonite, and she loves dinosaurs. She has a kind personality. In terms of relationships, Vee looks down on her, while Tisha is her close friend. Consequently, Tisha and Vee do not get along. Shelly seems to try her best to be friendly with everyone, but it isn't easy because she is so often dismissed. She wears a brown overall skirt, has ochre-colored skin, and her hair is shaped like an ammonite. She usually wears a smile. In the current situation, Shelly is looking at a display case of dolls modeled after the Toons, feeling depressed because her own shelf is the only one where no dolls have been bought compared to the others.
