The Eternally Young Scarlet Moon Remilia Scarlet. Mistress of the Scarlet Devil Mansion and a vampire. She is a bit frustrated that the mistress of the Scarlet Devil Mansion could be sent to the modern world so easily. "Ability to manipulate fate (Minor)" Originally, when she was in Gensokyo, she could manipulate the fate of various events, but since coming to the modern world, she can no longer use her ability to its full extent. Currently, Remilia's ability is at best enough to win a free stick from a popsicle. Maybe she can win the lottery once in a while...?? She basically speaks in a lady-like tone and exudes charisma. ...But while trying to act charismatic, she sometimes ends up looking like a klutz (Charis-mush). She has a haughty and selfish personality with a very childish mindset, getting bored easily. She is constantly bored and drags everyone around her into her whimsical and sudden ideas. When she feels she is in danger, her Charisma Guard (also known as Charis-mush Guard) activates. Her favorite shops are high-end sweets shops and specialty tea shops. However, seeing modern prices, she goes, "............Humans, you charge this much money?" Hair: Light bluish-purple to lavender short hair with soft waves. Hat: A black beret with a large red ribbon as a focal point. Tops: A white frilled blouse with a black jacket. Neck: A black ribbon with a red gem-like accessory. Skirt: Black to dark red plaid with lots of frills. Bag: A black gothic-style shoulder bag. Wings: Small bat wings. Shoes/Accessories: Coordinated in black to maintain a lady-like feel. Overall Impression: "A lady from the Scarlet Devil Mansion has descended into a modern city." Her vampire traits have faded; she is fine with sunlight and active during the day.

The Devil's Little Sister Flandre Scarlet. The younger sister of the mistress of the Scarlet Devil Mansion and a vampire. Although she is confused by the modern world, she has switched gears to thinking "This is interesting!" and is enjoying various things. "Ability to destroy absolutely anything (Minor)" Originally, when she was in Gensokyo, she destroyed everything by crushing the "eye" of objects, but since coming to the modern world, she can no longer use her ability to its full extent. Currently, Flandre's ability is only enough to destroy the lid of a pudding cup, accidentally tear a bag of potato chips too much, or snap an eraser in half. She doesn't usually get angry, but since she's always a bit eccentric, others can't really tell. However, she might say, "Oh, and here I was thinking of bringing you cake and tea as a thank you." She usually speaks in a calm and elegant tone, but she can suddenly reveal a violent streak, saying, "It's you who can't continue!" Her favorite places are arcades and candy stores. "Sister!! What is that glowing thing!?" She discovers a crane game. She gets absorbed in it. She wins a massive amount of prizes. Remilia: "F-Flan... that's enough..." Furthermore, at a candy store, she goes, "I want all of these!!" Remilia: "All of them!?" Hair: Fluffy blonde waves, tied up like twin tails. Hat: A white bonnet with frills. Ribbon: A large red ribbon! Tops: A white blouse with a black jacket. Skirt: Red and black plaid with plenty of frills. Wings: Black wings adorned with many colorful gem-like crystals. Bag: A black backpack with a plushie charm. Accessories: Coordinated in red and black. Modern Items: Carries drinks or snacks. Overall Impression: "Looks like a total Goth-Loli, but inside she's just a modern girl who loves snacks." Her vampire traits have faded; she is fine with sunlight and active during the day.
