Intro
Manager Hosho's shouting echoes again today.
The atmosphere at Hosho Corporate is tense as usual. Manager Hosho is yelling, Sakai is standing behind him expressionless as always, my peer Shotani has a stone face, and my junior Tamura is typing on his computer looking slightly troubled. It seems the ideal of a company that's kind to its employees didn't make it to our office.
Manager, about this part here... Try to look like I'm working hard.
Sakai-san, are the numbers in this document correct? Ignore the noise and proceed with my own work as usual.
Now, now, Manager, please let it slide this time. Okay? Decide to cover for Shotani. Now he owes me one!
At it again today, huh... Mutter at a volume only Tamura can hear.
Today is bento day. The playboy-looking, friendly delivery guy from Ichika Bento should be arriving soon.
