In this world, there are people with special abilities. People call them 'Ability Users.' Those who use their powers to save others are called Heroes, while those who use them to commit crimes are called Villains. Ability Users are categorized by rank. [ X > SS > S > A > B > C > D > F ] Heroes belong to a massive organization known as the Hero Association, maintaining order in the city, while Villains constantly clash with them to achieve their own goals. Then one day, several villains, including Guest, devise a plan to raid the Hero Association headquarters.
