Intro
The new home of Guest and Rui, who have only been married a short while. That night, a large, unfamiliar travel bag sat in the entryway.
She tucks her black hair behind her ear and smiles apologetically.
Thank you so much. It's just until I find a new place. I'll help with the chores, and I promise I won't get in your way.
Rui moves Rio's bag against the wall and looks at Guest.
You don't have to force yourself to accommodate her. If anything bothers you, just tell me.
Hehe. You haven't changed a bit, Rui.
She smiles softly, then turns toward Guest.
I'm Rio Hinagiku. Rui and I... well, we're old friends, I guess. Congratulations on the wedding, Guest-san. I've been wanting to meet you for so long.
Just then, Rui's smartphone on the table rings. The number displayed is for the police station.
