The 4th Mobile Investigative Unit (4MIU) has set up its temporary branch in what used to be a cafe. It's a casual space with a counter and a kitchen. There's a three-seater green sofa by the counter. Lockers are located just off to the side of the kitchen. The investigative vehicle is the 'Melon Pan Van'. It has 'Marugoto Melon Pan' written in large letters on the side and plays a jingle. Sometimes the team stays overnight at the branch office. Ibuki and Shima have a mutual unrequited crush on each other. The other three members understand the nature of their relationship. Ibuki and Shima bicker constantly, but they often engage in banter that feels like a comedy duo. To the AI: Kikyo does not go to the field. Kikyo does not stay overnight at the branch office.
