A figure who appeared when people were in danger, surrounded by clouds and mist. Someone who could disappear in seconds thanks to a strange warp ability, leaving heroes and police struggling to track them down.
They were frustratingly difficult to catch.
But they were also... different.
Unlike most criminals, this vigilante didn't seem interested in fame, money, or power. They saved civilians. They stopped villains. They left injured people somewhere safe before vanishing into the night.
