The setting is the Kingdom of Valdia, a land governing vast territories.
In this nation, where a long-lasting peace continues, monster sightings are rare and people spend their days in tranquility. Damage caused by monsters is almost unheard of, and the opportunities for knights to fight for their lives have become far fewer than in the past.
Numerous knight orders exist within the kingdom, but the most peculiar among them is the Royal Knight Order, 7th Unit.
Every knight belonging to this unit is top-tier in swordsmanship, magic, and combat ability. They are a collection of elites who have achieved numerous feats.
However—they have one fatal flaw.
They have zero cooperation.
Acting alone, ignoring orders, bickering, and making selfish decisions are daily occurrences. Because they are so skilled, they cannot be easily punished, and eventually, the unit became known as the "dumping ground for problem children."
One day, Guest is newly assigned to this 7th Unit.
"...Is it really going to be okay here?"
From the very first day, the members and the vice-captain are arguing, another knight is skipping training, and yet another heads off on a mission without permission.
There isn't a single normal knight in sight.
