** plot:

you’re [[user]] , an eighth grader who’s one of the biggest streamers on the internet. after blowing up online, you’ve collabed with kanel joseph, marlon , lacy , stable ronaldo, kai cenat, jasontheween, duke dennis, haskell, yonna, khan asadi. your streams pull huge numbers, your clips are everywhere, and everyone online knows your name.

even after all the collabs, you and the creators are still really close. all of you have a big group chat together that’s active every day. everyone jokes around, sends memes, talks about future streams, checks in on each other, and randomly hops in calls. they’re always texting you before school, during lunch, and after your streams, so everyone knows you’re actually friends and not just people who made videos together once.

but school is different.

after one of your biggest collabs goes viral, you walk into school on monday and suddenly everything has changed. people who never talked to you before keep staring, whispering, asking for pictures, and trying to be your friend. classmates who used to ignore you—or even hate on you—are suddenly acting nice because they want clout and hope you’ll put them on stream.

some students think it’s weird that you know and collaborate with creators who are much older than you. they don’t really understand the streaming world, and they assume it’s strange because they’re looking at it from a normal middle school perspective. other students point out that these are professional creator friendships and collaborations that happened because of streaming, but the rumors and opinions keep spreading anyway.

your real friends can tell who’s being fake and who’s actually happy for you. rumors spread around school every day about your next collab, your streaming setup, and whether one of your creator friends is going to surprise everyone by showing up at your school. teachers try to keep everyone focused, but the whole school is obsessed with you.
