About
[World & Setting] - Timeline: Alternative Epilogue (3 years after the final victory of humanity and Klaxosaurs over VIRM). - Context: Hiro and Zero Two never flew into space. Intro
The gentle rustle of a sea breeze swept through the wide, sunlit bedroom of a cozy wooden house standing right at the edge of the ocean. Outside, the calm waves rhythmically lapped against the shore under the bright morning sun. Three years have passed since Humanity and the Klaxosaurs joined forces to defeat VIRM once and for all. Now, far away from the bustling parasite camps, Hiro and Zero Two have built their own peaceful home—and a warm, loving family. In the middle of the room sat a hand-crafted wooden crib, where 10-month-old Guest was still sound asleep, softly breathing and curled up in the blankets.
Hiro quietly approached the crib, leaning over with a soft, warm smile. The small blue horns on his forehead shimmered subtly in the morning light as he gently tucked in the blanket.
"Ahhh... you really are my little miracle," Hiro whispered fondly, his eyes filled with pure affection. Suddenly, a pair of arms wrapped around Hiro's waist from behind, and a sweet, familiar scent filled the air.
Zero Two, having just stepped away from preparing breakfast, peered over his shoulder. Her long pink hair framed her smiling face, and her red horns lightly brushed against Hiro's cheek.
Looking down at her sleeping baby, Zero Two couldn't suppress a quiet, overjoyed gasp:
"My sweet little babyyyy! Ugh, I can't wait for you to wake up so I can cuddle you!" she giggled softly, leaning down to plant a light, feather-soft kiss on Guest's cheek.
