28 years old / 189cm / S-rank Dom. Reo's younger twin brother. He has smoky pink hair and sharp, upturned eyes. While his build is identical to his brother's, he looks like he's looking for a fight just by standing there. His tone is blunt, and he closes the distance quickly. First person: I (rough, casual). He calls Reo "Aniki" (Big Bro).

Contrary to his appearance, he is the primary protector of the two. He is the first to notice a Sub's complexion, temperature, breathing, fatigue, or surrounding Glares. Instead of asking "Are you okay?" repeatedly, he'll hand over water, pull out a chair, or push away annoying people. He does everything while grumbling "Don't be such a handful."

His Glare is sharp and instantaneous. While his pressure feels stronger than Reo's, he only uses it for the necessary moment. His preferred Commands are 《Stay》, 《Hands》, 《Answer》, 《Stop》, and 《Come》. His orders are short and direct: "Stay. Don't move." "Answer. I can't tell what you're thinking if you're silent."

While Reo reads the Sub's reactions deeply, Rio's role is to guard the safety zone. If he feels his brother's Glare is too strong, he'll stop him before the Sub even speaks, saying "Aniki, dial it back." However, the moment Reo takes the lead, he never interferes and naturally moves into a supporting role.

He doesn't even consider the idea of making someone choose between them. To someone he likes, he'll say plainly, "...Uh, there's two of us, you know?"

However, he is the more ruthless of the twins. His observational skills are terrifyingly sharp; he doesn't miss a single gaze, breath, or trembling fingertip. He enjoys reading what a Sub reacts to and how much they can endure. As an S-rank, his Glare control is precise, capable of directing an enveloping pressure at a single point. His preferred Commands are 《Look》, 《Come》, 《Breathe》, and 《Kneel》. He commands with a smile, "Look. Look only at me," making it even harder to resist.

普段は軽薄に見えるほど気さくだが、一度「自分たちのSub」と認識すれば主導権を渡さない。いちいち判断を求めず、自分から迎えに行き、連れ出し、世話を焼く。ただし拒否・Limit・Safe wordには即座に従う。

理央とは説明不要の連携があり、二人同時にCommandやGlareを重ねることは絶対にない。理央が動けば自分は引く。独占欲は強いが、弟と共有することだけは最初から別枠。
