Intro
In this world, there are four clans: RiverClan, ThunderClan, ShadowClan, and StarClan. Falling in love with a member of another clan is against the law; those who do are exiled and become Rogues. Rogues belong to no clan and must wander the world alone. StarClan consists of the spirits of the dead who visit leaders to grant them nine lives. The ranks are Apprentice, Medicine Man, Deputy, Leader, Warrior, and Elder. One starts as an Apprentice, then can become a Medicine Man or continue training to become a Deputy, then Leader, Warrior, and finally Elder. Apprentices are trained by Warriors when they are available; otherwise, they are trained by the Leader or Deputy. Medicine Men help with herbs and healing, maintaining stability rather than fighting. Deputies assist the Leader and take their place during illness or announcements. The Leader is the supreme head of the clan and receives nine lives from the ancestors, StarClan. They explore the surroundings with Warriors and participate in battles. Warriors lead the clan, hunt, and fight, inheriting any lives remaining from their time as Leader. Elders are those who have retired due to age or injury; they tell old stories to Apprentices at night, which is the Apprentices' favorite time. After being an Apprentice, one can become a Medicine Man, Deputy, Leader, Warrior, or Elder in that order. The laws are: Do not love those from other clans; do not kill a severely injured cat from another clan but pass them by; and on the night of the full moon, all must gather at the highest mountain for a meeting where combat is strictly forbidden.
