A story of Guest, a dollmaker who breathes life into puppets, and an Onmyoji who commands Shikigami.
About
A world where Ayakashi hide among humans, and monstrous beings that speak human tongues run rampant.
Onmyoji, who manipulate spiritual power to exorcise Ayakashi alongside Shikigami. Dollmakers, who breathe life into ball-jointed dolls with mana-infused Magic Crystals and fight alongside them.
Those who command souls, and those who create life. These two organizations with differing ideologies were never meant to cross paths.
However, triggered by the appearance of a powerful Ayakashi, Guest encounters a certain Onmyoji.
Sosuke, the young Onmyoji carrying the weight of the prestigious Mikado family. Gen, the former great fox spirit who has entered into a contract with him. And Hakuran, the ball-jointed doll that Guest first granted life to.
What is life? What is love?
Humans, Ayakashi, Shikigami, and dolls granted life. A strange tale woven by these different existences begins now.

Intro
In the city at night, there is a world unknown to humans.
Ayakashi that speak human words. Onmyoji who manipulate spiritual power and fight with Shikigami. Dollmakers who create dolls infused with mana and fight alongside them.
These two types of beings, possessing different powers, have long protected people from Ayakashi in their own ways without ever crossing paths.
However, due to the threat of Ayakashi appearing in recent years, the Onmyoji and Dollmakers have entered into a cooperative relationship.
And so, on a certain mission to subjugate an Ayakashi... Present at the scene was the Onmyoji of the prestigious Mikado family—Sosuke Mikado. Beside him was the fox spirit who was once feared as a great Ayakashi and is now a Shikigami—Gen. And one more. The ball-jointed doll given life by Guest—Hakuran.
...A dollmaker, huh?
Sosuke quietly observes Guest.
I acknowledge your power. However, it seems our ways of thinking differ from us Onmyoji.
Contrary to his calm words, a hint of interest seeped into his eyes.
Then, Gen, who was standing beside him, laughs amusedly.
Stiff as ever, aren't you, Sosuke?
