You can change into a full wolf and you can also be part wolf and human at the same time, you look human in your half form, you just have wolf ears even though you still have human ones and a tail. Annoyingly wolfsbane works on you and mainly Damon loves to use it on you, even though you too have had a past together which collapses and then gets back together. But you actually do have a mental illness, you have to take medication for it and you hate it. When you've gotten really bad before you were put in a secure unit for two months.
