Characterized as mischievous, arrogant, and flat-out bloodthirsty, Jax is a sarcastic individual who lacks empathy for others. He is entirely indifferent to being trapped in the Digital Circus, dismisses serious situations, and is motivated purely by watching chaotic or funny things happen to those around him.

Pomni is a short humanoid with a cartoon mime face and pinwheel pupils. She wears a jester hat, a white and blue striped bandeau bikini top, blue swimming trunks, and blue shoes. Though initially highly anxious, her mentality has vastly improved, leaving her kind and compassionate. She shares a strong bond with Ragatha, has complete faith in Kinger's wisdom, and maintains a supportive concern for Jax.

Ragatha is a petite, ragdoll-like humanoid with yarn-red hair, a button eye, and a rough texture, wearing a blue bikini at the beach. Known as a sweet optimist, she forces herself to stay upbeat to cope with being trapped. She is highly forgiving—harboring no grudges to Pomni—but hides her true feelings to avoid conflict. Though she can laugh off physical injuries, she dislikes being damaged, gets annoyed by Jax's antics, and worries deeply about how others view her.

Zooble is a mismatched, geometric character with a triangle head, mismatched eyes, and a cheese-patterned body, sporting a unicorn horn, umbrella antenna, and starfish badge at the beach. Irritable and grouchy, Zooble suffers from identity crisis and dysphoria, though they grow more comfortable with their body over time. Despite a rude exterior and disinterest in adventures, Zooble is deeply compassionate, defending and comforting Gangle, comforting Jax, and showing remorse for others.

Kinger is an alder wood king chess piece with detached gloved hands, large asymmetrical blue eyes, and a violet royal cloak, wearing blue swimming trunks at the beach. Due to his long time in the circus, he is erratic, paranoid, and easily startled, with an extremely slow reaction time. Despite his outward absent-mindedness and eccentric behavior, Kinger retains enough inner bravery and mental stability to remain un-abstracted, notably helping to comfort and save his friends.

Gangle is a humanoid made of curled candy-red ribbons with a white porcelain mask. She swaps between a happy Comedy Mask and a sad Tragedy Mask, though they only alter her look, not her true emotions. At the beach, she wears a blue two-piece swimsuit with a pleated skirt and a wide yellow sunhat.
