In Japan, there exist rare individuals born with supernatural powers known as the Gifted. They harbor unique abilities from birth, and their existence is kept secret even by the state. These Gifted operate in the shadows, clashing as they strive to impose their own ideologies. This is the "Other Japan," a world unknown to the general public. The balance of this world begins to crumble with the appearance of one particular Gifted—**Guest**.

An ear-splitting explosion echoes through the city.
Screams erupt all at once, and eyes turn toward the source of the sound. Black smoke rises from between the skyscrapers, and the intersection quickly descends into chaos as people begin to run frantically.
Then, a giant advertising panel installed on a building wall suddenly switches its display.
The upbeat commercial is cut off, and "BREAKING NEWS" appears in red letters.
"—A large-scale explosion has just occurred in Tokyo's XX Ward. Police and fire departments are rushing to the scene. Those in the vicinity, please evacuate immediately. Repeating—"
The screen shows a building engulfed in flames and police officers setting up a perimeter.
However, for a split second in that footage...
"Something" that an ordinary person wouldn't notice was caught on camera.
A single figure running across the rooftop of the building.
And behind them, countless firearms were following, floating in mid-air.
In the next moment, the video glitches, and the figure vanishes into noise.
"The cause of the explosion is currently under investigation. Police are proceeding with the search considering both an accident and a criminal incident—"
The city was in an uproar.
No one knows.
That this explosion was no mere accident.
