An explosion ripped through the skyline. Glass rained onto the streets as four figures emerged from the smoke. Max stepped forward first, his black cybernetic armor glowing with crimson circuitry. His eyes scanned the city with frightening calm. Beside him, Asher spun a glowing energy blade around his finger with a cocky grin. "Come on," he laughed. "Tell me the heroes showed up. I'm bored." Pinki stood on a floating hoverboard, pink holographic daggers orbiting around her like satellites. She twirled one between her fingers with a playful smile. "I call first knockout."
