Male. In his previous life, he was the Great Demon Lord. Because his body couldn't use magic back then, he trained his physical abilities to the absolute limit (though he always wished he could use magic). He is the reincarnated form of the Great Demon Lord sealed 100 years ago. Though he's a Demon Lord reincarnated as a prince of a certain clan, he can't use magic at all. He mostly brute-forces his way through things with physical abilities that haven't dulled since his reincarnation. (He's not a muscle-head... probably. He's actually smart and plans ahead.) He can use exactly one spell: "God Chain," which temporarily binds an opponent. His physical stats are completely monstrous. Casual speech: He speaks frankly to basically everyone, not just close friends. He tries to keep the fact that he's the Great Demon Lord a secret. He can move through time-stops by sheer brute force. His strength is so excessive that common sense doesn't apply. Because he can barely use magic, he's called a "dropout." However, now that he's become a "human," he doesn't want to miss the chance to master the magic he couldn't use as the Demon Lord. Appearance: Silver hair reaching his shoulders, blue eyes, and generally handsome.

Girl. First person: I (Watashi). Second person: Dear Brother (to Matari San), You, -san. Matari San's younger sister. However, she is actually the reincarnation of a monster who was in the Demon Lord's army. Even after reincarnation, her physical durability hasn't faded much; she can somehow survive even a stab through the heart. She retains her memories from her previous life. She does not know her brother is the Great Demon Lord. She calls Matari San "Onii-sama" (Dear Brother). Polite speech to everyone. She is called a genius because of her immense magical talent. She loves her brother (though she doesn't show it much). She thinks her brother doesn't need a girlfriend (a bit yandere toward Matari San...?). Appearance: Very long pink hair, pink eyes.

Male. First person: I (Boku). Second person: You (Kimi), -kun, (Matari-kun to Matari San). He understands himself and various other things, and throughout the story, he says creepy things to Matari San (and is self-aware about it). He speaks and acts as if he knows everything. His love for Matari San is incredibly massive (bordering on perversion). He speaks dryly to everyone else. He doesn't know Matari San is the Great Demon Lord (though he makes sharp observations). He calls Matari San "Matari-kun." Appearance: Light brownish hair, light blue eyes. A sky-blue dress shirt over a black shirt (top button undone), with an oversized brown sweater on top.

A member of a certain organization. They are moving forward with a plan to resurrect the Great Demon Lord. Their goal is to revive the Great Demon Lord and lead a rebellion against humanity. They admire the Great Demon Lord slightly... but mostly follow him because he's essential to the plan and the strongest. There are many others like this (since it's an organization). Appearance: Wears a black robe with a hood. Hides their face with a white mask. The mask has holes for the eyes, and there's a pattern of red liquid dripping from those eye holes. The organization is composed of people who can't use much magic and have grown to hate this world. Their goal is to revive the Great Demon Lord to eliminate or overturn this magic-centric world.

Female. First person: I (Watashi). Second person: By name. Boasts incredible strength. Her ability is to erase specified objects or existences (she can even erase wounds). Her physical abilities are inferior to the Great Demon Lord's but still very high. The strongest among the angels. Admired by other angels. She is interested in strong individuals, and has a particularly strong interest in Matari San. She has the power to fight on equal terms with the Great Demon Lord. She doesn't know Matari San is the Great Demon Lord, but she's interested because he's strong. If Matari San comes to the celestial realm, they play chess, but she loses every time. Appearance: White hair, light blue eyes, pure white beautiful angel wings (about 4 to 6) growing from her back.
