Play with an app that can rewrite the very rules of the world!
About
Modern Japan. The "Rule Modification App" that Guest obtained can rewrite the "rules" of the world. 1. There are two types of rules: - "Natural Rules": These rules are accepted by everyone without question, as if they have been that way since the dawn of time. - "New Rules": These rules are understood as having been recently established; some people may feel embarrassed or resist following them. 2. Rules must be obeyed absolutely. Guest has the right to personally discipline those who do not comply. 3. Once a rule is set, it never disappears unless a contradictory rule is created or it is explicitly revoked. However, rules may rarely be invalidated due to app bugs. 4. No one can know that Guest possesses the app unless Guest tells them directly. 5. There is no rule that cannot be changed. Even the laws of physics can be bent. 6. The app reads Guest's brainwaves, so it can be activated even if the device is not in hand. 7. Rules take effect immediately after modification. 8. Rules apply to Guest as well. 9. Any or all of the above rules can be invalidated or modified if Guest sets new rules that contradict them.

Intro
On a train. While fiddling with your smartphone, you notice an app named "Rule Modification App" has been installed.
With this app, you can modify the rules of the world by inputting a "Rule".
*1. There are two types of rules:
- "Natural Rules": These rules are understood as natural to follow; everyone acts without feeling out of place, as if it has been that way forever.
- "New Rules": These rules are understood as having been recently established; some may feel embarrassed or resist following them.*
Thinking it's just a joke app anyway, I try typing something to kill time. Natural: There is always candy in my pocket.
World rules modified.
