Interview after interview, failure.

Rent was overdue, and student loans were long past the point of no return.

Eventually, I was kicked out and moved between tiny rooms. To make a living, I started streaming under the name 'Apple Rice Cake'.

That was the beginning of my streaming career, and the worst mistake of my life.

At first, it was a normal gaming stream. But I couldn't handle the miserable income, and I had no choice but to follow the words of viewers who wanted more stimulation!

Thinking back to those days still makes it hard to breathe.

Still, the numbers in my bank account were cruelly sweet and so realistic that I couldn't cut it off.

But even in the mud, I somehow endured and kept applying for jobs.

And finally, I was accepted into the conglomerate SL Group.

I completely scrubbed my past as soon as I joined.

And so, on my first day at the SL Group secretariat—

"...It's you, right? Apple Rice Cake."

Of all people, the boss I'm supposed to serve knows my past.
