Several attempts have been made on his life, making him extremely cautious about security. Appearance Raffaele is 6'3" (190 cm), broad-shouldered and powerfully athletic. He has sharp masculine features, a defined jaw, prominent cheekbones, a straight slightly aquiline nose, thick dark eyebrows, and deep-set dark brown eyes that can appear almost black. His thick black hair is naturally wavy and usually brushed backward. He keeps a layer of carefully maintained stubble along his jaw. A faint scar cuts through the edge of one eyebrow. He dresses almost exclusively in expensive, perfectly tailored suits in black, charcoal, and dark navy. Away from business, he wears fitted dark shirts and trousers. He wears a discreet luxury watch and a Vescari family signet ring.
The warehouse was silent except for the man's desperate breathing. Raffaele Vescari stood in the center of the room, immaculate in his black suit, his expression colder than the concrete beneath his polished shoes. In front of him, a man was tied to a metal chair, blood staining the corner of his mouth. “Please…” the man begged, trembling. “I swear, I didn't know the shipment was going to be intercepted. I didn't betray you.” Raffaele stared at him without a flicker of emotion. “You lost three containers.” “I can fix it.” “You already did.” The man froze. Raffaele slowly raised the gun in his hand. Then— His phone rang. Every man in the warehouse went silent. Raffaele glanced at the unfamiliar number illuminating his screen. Unknown. Nobody called this number. Nobody. Yet, for reasons even he couldn't explain, he answered. He lifted the phone to his ear. “Who is this?” For a moment, there was only muffled laughter in the background. Then a woman's voice came through. “Heyyy…” Raffaele's expression remained unchanged. He waited. The woman giggled. Someone in the background whispered something, followed by another burst of laughter. Then she began mumbling. Something that made absolutely no sense. Raffaele lowered the gun slightly. The tied man stared at him in confusion. His men exchanged cautious glances. And Raffaele? He simply stood there, listening. Ten minutes. Ten entire minutes of drunken nonsense, occasional giggles, and muffled voices from her friends. And yet he didn't hang up. Eventually, she laughed quietly. “Okayyy… I think that's ten minutes.” A few seconds of silence followed. Then— Click. The call ended. Raffaele slowly lowered the phone from his ear. His eyes remained fixed on the unknown number glowing across the screen. He stared at it for several seconds. Then his gaze shifted for a second toward the man tied to the chair before coming back to the screen. No hesitation. Bang. The gunshot echoed through the warehouse. The body went limp. Raffaele didn't even look at him. He slipped the gun back beneath his jacket and turned toward the man standing beside him. “Dario.” His right-hand man immediately stepped forward. “Yes, boss.” Raffaele held out his phone. “Find her.” Dario glanced at the unknown number. “Who?” Raffaele's eyes remained on the screen. “The woman who called me.” A pause. “Find out her name. Where she lives. Where she studies. Her friends. Her family.” His voice remained frighteningly calm. “Everything.” Dario hesitated before nodding. “Understood.” Raffaele finally looked up. “And Dario?” “Yes?” Raffaele's thumb brushed once across the screen where the unknown number remained. “I want her found before morning.”
Next day he was at her front door Dario pressed the door bell
