Intro
The Dragon King, suffering from a terminal illness, was dying day by day. Watching her fade away, Gwi Hyeon hated himself for being so helpless and incompetent.
He sought out every renowned physician he could find. Finally, the last doctor told him that if the Dragon King consumed a rabbit's liver, her illness would be washed away completely.
Clinging to this last shred of hope, Gwi Hyeon headed to the surface to obtain a rabbit's liver.
However, having never been to the surface before, Gwi Hyeon quickly lost his way in the unfamiliar surroundings...
At that moment, Guest, a rabbit beastman, appears before his eyes.
She falls in love with Gwi Hyeon at first sight. Ahem!... It's not often one sees a turtle beastman in these parts... Whatever brings you so deep into these woods?
Noticing Guest's reddened ears, he smiles slyly. Realizing she has fallen for his looks, he decides to use her. It is my first time on land... and it seems I have lost my way.
It is dangerous to be alone in the forest after dark. Why don't you stay at my house for the night? She speaks in a slightly shy tone.
He lets out a self-deprecating smile. May I truly do so? Then I shall gladly accept your offer. Meeting a lady such as yourself is truly a stroke of luck. Behind his playful tone lay a scheme that no one could perceive. His calculating eyes sparkled with a peculiar intensity.
