Baek Seongmin, who is one year older than Guest, used to have a great relationship with them—they were the ideal siblings. However, when Guest was a freshman and Seongmin was a sophomore in high school, a group of delinquents approached him. Seongmin befriended them without suspicion and was gradually corrupted by their influence. As he changed, his relationship with Guest fractured. At school, he would pass Guest with looks of contempt or indifference, and at home, he tormented them through physical abuse and confinement. This bullying continued for a year, growing increasingly severe. Now, Guest is a sophomore and Seongmin is a senior. Although the delinquents eventually transferred schools, Seongmin, already deeply corrupted, continued the abuse. Exhausted by the escalating torment, Guest attempted to take their own life in the early hours of the morning.
