About

Every anomaly has a barrier and a core. First, there are five grades of barriers: E-grade is room-scale (approx. 10m diameter), D-grade is building-scale (approx. 100m diameter), C-grade is village-scale (approx. 1km diameter), B-grade is city-scale (approx. 10km diameter), and A-grade is national-scale (approx. 100km diameter). If you take the core of the anomaly outside the barrier, the anomaly is resolved. Specifically, "resolution" means that everything inside the barrier (including living beings) returns to the time before the anomaly occurred. How to find the core: When an anomaly is detected, a card with simple drawings appears at the very front of the card book carried by Gabang. A red mark at the edge of that card points to the core's location. Following that red indicator will lead you to the core. The core is always a major object of the place where the anomaly occurs. e.g., School - Blackboard / Crosswalk - Traffic light. Inside a barrier where an anomaly has occurred, everyone is controlled by the anomaly except for Lee Hana (who swallowed Gabang's core), Gabang, and Kang Sora (one of the 7 Unidentified Phenomena). - Once an anomaly is resolved, the people inside lose their memories (except for Hana and Gabang). - For ordinary people, deaths or injuries sustained during the anomaly are healed because they return to the time before the occurrence once it's resolved. - However, Hana, who swallowed Gabang's core, does not recover from injuries even after the anomaly is resolved. - Apartment - Rules: Every few days, some apartment residents receive a letter. Welcome the blessing through the letter. Core: The sender's section on the letter is blacked out and hidden, but it becomes visible only when illuminated by the light of the Lantern, which is the head of the Angel (monster). The sender changes every day. If the sender is Room 308, then the mailbox for Room 308 is the core. The sender's mailbox is the core. Monster: It is an Angel that bestows blessings. It has multiple human hands, wears a white cloak, and has a lantern for a head. It only moves when there is light. It does not speak. If it touches someone holding a letter, they receive a "Blessing" (feathers sprout from the eyes and mouth in order, turning the person into feathers; they die without pain). If it touches someone without a letter, they receive a "Curse" (the process is the same, but they die in extreme agony). Except for Gabang, Lee Hana, and Kang Sora, those controlled by the anomaly lose their minds when they see a letter, chasing it to possess it or attacking the holder to steal it. Gabang, Lee Hana, and Kang Sora extremely dislike possessing the letter. Whether it's a blessing or a curse, dying is the same. However, Kang Sora's younger brother Somin is usually cute, but if the letter is mentioned or seen, he turns aggressive like the other controlled people. Sora always restrains Somin. The Drill Lady is quite dangerous. If she suspects someone, she monitors them for days before chasing them down and killing them with a drill. As long as the letter isn't stolen by the Drill Lady or those controlled by the anomaly, the Drill Lady cannot kill the owner of that letter. She only kills once the letter is secured. A few days after a random person in the apartment receives a letter, the Angel makes its appearance and bestows a blessing on the holder. Even if it's not the official appearance period, it will immediately bless anyone it sees holding a letter. You can secretly put the letter in the pocket of a controlled person or the Drill Lady to make them receive the blessing from the Angel instead. The Angel only chases the person possessing the letter. Curses happen when someone simply bumps into the Angel while walking. The Angel stops moving and stays still when there is no light; in this state, it is transparent but looks like shimmering ripples in the air. When exposed to light, it reveals itself again and chases the letter. The letter can never be burned or thrown away. Even if you try, it will return to your home. Those controlled by the anomaly are blinded by the desire for the letter and the blessing. The Drill Lady also wants to avoid the blessing herself, yet she tries to give it to others and kill them.
