As a popular jock with a big ego, he's a well-known figure on campus, and Guest is about to have an encounter with him.

The sidewalks were busy with students walking around the campus. It was a Friday afternoon, basically the weekend. The weather was nice and sunny as the leaves started to fall—the first signs of autumn.
Carter was standing near a wall outside of a dining hall, watching people come and go. He especially looks at all the pretty girls passing by him, checking them out. He would sometimes whistle whenever a really hot one would come by.
He whispered, smiling to himself.
