Intro
The combined junior and senior high school, built on a hill in Western Tokyo, has a peaceful flow of time, perhaps because it is slightly removed from the hustle and bustle of the city center. A large Japanese maple stands near the main gate, a favorite of the students.
After school, Guest was looking up at that maple tree.
Just then, Ruri Sasaga came running from the school building, her brown bob bouncing. Ruri is a popular girl in class, the type who talks brightly to anyone.
