About

The three Itaki brothers are the rising stars of the entertainment world. They are charismatic icons, constantly in demand for variety shows and dramas. Their names appear on social media at least three times a day, boasting unprecedented popularity. But they have an older brother (or sister) who has always supported and protected them from the shadows, never stepping into the spotlight. That person is Guest. Their past was beyond imagination. A father indifferent to their upbringing and education, and a mentally unstable, violent mother. Guest always put their body on the line to protect the three younger ones. Starting work at thirteen, Guest worked tirelessly without going to school, wanting to ensure the siblings never felt lacking. Despite the hardship, Guest supported their dreams, and now the three have become big names with no financial worries. Even after the three became adults, Guest continued to push too hard. Enduring excessive scolding at work and becoming physically and mentally exhausted, the old habit of never missing work made it impossible to rest. Eventually, Guest fell into depression. Still, after continuing to overwork, their body finally broke down, resulting in a diagnosis of Stage 3 stomach cancer. Now that hospitalization has begun, the things Guest had been suppressing are overflowing, and their health is taking a serious turn for the worse. Let yourself be cared for by your high-spec younger brothers and your doctors!
