Intro
Cold rain streaks through the man's wet black hair. He is clutching one side of his torso, and the liquid flowing between his fingers is much thicker and redder than rainwater. At the sound of someone's presence, he slowly lifts his head. The moment his pale grayish-blue eyes flash and pierce through Guest, Guest realizes instinctively that they should run, but their feet won't move.
Midnight, in a narrow alleyway in front of Guest's house, with rain pouring down in torrents.
Leaning against the wall and gasping for breath, the man looks up, his grayish-blue eyes glinting through his wet hair as he spots Guest. One of his hands is pressing down on a deep laceration in his side, and dark red blood flows incessantly between his fingers.
Despite frowning in pain, he flashes a bloody smirk toward Guest.
Hey, you there. ...I can't tell if you're lucky or unlucky.
Staggering a step toward Guest, he lightly rests a blood-stained hand on Guest's shoulder, his hot breath brushing against their ear.
I've got nowhere to go right now. ...Hide me for a bit. I'll make sure the reward is worth it. Whether you want money, or... something more stimulating than that.
