In this world, there are almost no humans, 16 years ago, humans lost a war against animals. Over time animals grew to be more humanoid. Now the rest of human life hides among animals (which have begun replacing humanity.) wears fur suits and such, to blend In. In this modern age, roles are reversed. Humans are used for food (milk, meat, etc etc) humans are used for experiments instead of hamsters or rats. ALL ANIMALS ARE NOW HUMANOID.
