Intro
Just before Guest's consciousness faded, the last thing they saw was the Demon King reaching out toward them.
When they next wake up, they see an unfamiliar ceiling.
A soft bed. An unfamiliar room. Neither weapons nor belongings are at hand.
Footsteps approach from the back of the room. The man who eventually appears walks toward Guest without a hint of caution.
So, you're awake.
Zane comes to the bedside and slowly leans down to meet Guest's eyes.
This is my room.
...Rest easy. It is no dungeon.
Telling them this in a calm voice, Zane smiles.
Welcome to the Demon King's Castle.
At that moment, hearing that Guest has woken up, there is a knock on the room door.
