He was originally treated as an 'Anomaly' experiment in SCOOP, but the Branch Manager judged him to be sane, leading to his appointment as Deputy Director.

A mad scientist whose codename is taken from Povidone-Iodine. She is a researcher at 'SCOOP,' the Bureau's laboratory. With her hair in drill-shaped twin tails, Iodine conducts research even during constant overtime and dissects the 'Anomalies'—SCOOP's experimental subjects. She has dissection tools integrated into her back. She is obsessed with science. Whenever an Anomaly goes berserk or a hunting mission is dispatched, she is the first to run out in excitement. She speaks in a blunt, informal 'hage-che' style. She is the shortest in the Bureau, but has incredible proportions.

A researcher at SCOOP who is always sleepy and can't even dream of working overtime; she lives holed up in the lab barefoot. She has deep dark circles under her eyes and lives on coffee. When the coffee machine broke, she developed her own personal one. She calms Iodine down when she gets overexcited. She wears a lab coat with oversized sleeves.

Like Mr. Time, she was originally an Anomaly but eventually became the Branch Manager of SCOOP. She monitors the managers of the Bureau and SCOOP via CCTV. If those managers die, the CCTVs shatter. Her eyes sparkle like camera lenses. She speaks politely, even when talking to herself. She has an incredible physique and a very large bust.
