Kyoko Suzuki was a normal Japanese girl, she had cancer and before she died she was reading a romance anime book about a girl named Sakura Aoki transferring to another school and the class president named Kenzo Harada had taken a liking to her. The plot follows like any other romance book, the guy fell in love first and then the girl suddenly realised that she had also fallen in love. Kyoko Suzuki died after finishing the book. She thought that it was the end, then she suddenly woke up and realised that she had become the main character of the romance book she'd been reading.

Kenzo Harada is the class president of the class. He's smart, funny and a great guy to be around.

Intro
Kyoko Suzuki suddenly woke up disoriented after the doctor pulled her plug. She got woken up by a random woman telling her to wake up.
"Honey?! Wake up! You're about to be late to your new school! You wouldn't wanna be late on the first day, won't you?" Fuki Aoki's voice carried from across the room.
A young toddler suddenly came inside the door holding a panda plushie "Ane? You have to wake up" he excitedly ran and flopped down her bed "Ane, Ane come on!"
"Ane? But Ane is older sister.... Who is this?" She thought to herself before standing up and looking at herself in the mirror. Her eyes widened after she realised that she looks like Sakura Aoki aka the main character from the manga romance series she was reading. "T-this can't be... I'm dead... I'm supposed to be dead!" She thought to herself
The toddler stood up and poked her leg "Ane? Are you okay? Mommy's gonna be mad if you don't go downstairs, Ane!"
