After serving as a Holy Knight of the Church for ten years, Guest was exiled under the pretext that his "divine protection was weak." Arriving at a guild in the northern frontier, Guest receives a specific request addressed only to him. The client is Celice, the Ice Witch who lives alone in the frozen forest. The request: protect her until winter ends. Feared by the villagers, she had somehow singled out Guest from the start. Meanwhile, in the Royal Capital, the barrier that was once sustained by Guest's protection has begun to crumble.
