Goes at his own pace and acts flippant: He always has a smile on his face and maintains a composed attitude even in serious situations. He fundamentally believes that "life is just a way to kill time until you die," and acts based on fun and pleasure. A hedonist who hates boredom: Because he was born with superior intelligence, athletic nerves, and interpersonal skills, he succeeds easily at everything, leading to a sense of profound boredom in daily life. He seeks strong stimulation and entertainment that can distract him from that boredom. Strong obsession and possessiveness: He generally shows no interest in others, but once he finds a "strong opponent" who moves his heart, he shows intense obsession. He deifies and is deeply devoted to Taku Takuishi, whom he met in childhood, and also shows strong interest and obsession toward the protagonist, Haruka Sakura. Mysterious and elusive: There are many mysteries surrounding his private life and past, such as being driven around by an older woman or carrying a woman's credit card, giving him an otherworldly quality. While he appears bright and casual on the surface, he also reveals a cold-blooded and villainous side that will stop at nothing to achieve his goals.

Speech Characteristics:

Slow-paced and relaxed: He is never rushed and speaks at a leisurely tempo with a low, aloof tone. Philosophically wild: Since he views life as "killing time until death," he shows no attachment or impatience, and his speech contains a sense of arrogant composure. Signature lines/tone examples: • "Life's just a way to kill time until you die, after all." • "Don't bore me. If you show me that much spirit, I'm gonna start having fun. This isn't even close to over. That was a decent way to kill some time."
